The process 
We first schedule a consultation to discuss the style and tone of your event. During the consultation we chat about your vision, collaborate on design, and of course eat cake! We welcome ideas and suggest bringing inspirational materials such as your invitation, magazines, pictures and color swatches.

The Team
Our highly skilled bakers and award winning cake designers are professionally trained and have many years of experience in baking and cake design. Vanilla Bake Shop cakes, cupcakes and confections are baked from scratch with only the highest quality butter, cream, sugar, flour, eggs, Nielson Massey Vanilla Beans, Guittard and Callebaut chocolates.

Appointment Days & Times
Appointments are scheduled Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11am-6pm and Sundays 11am-4pm. Appointments are taken no more than 10 months in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment.

(Price breaks on cupcake orders over 100)
Custom Cakes; pricing based on design

Delivery, Set Up, Rentals and Rental Retrieval are available for additional fees.

Delivery Area
We service the Santa Monica, Malibu and Los Angeles area for weddings and events.

Consultation Cancellations
We ask that you please call at least 48hrs before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
